Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Policy: If, for any reason, your recent purchase wasn’t quite right or didn’t fit, we cheerfully accept returns and exchanges of merchandise within 30 days of your order’s arrival. Please note returned or exchanged merchandise needs to be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. Our refunds and exchanges are valued at the original price you paid for the merchandise, plus any applicable sales taxes paid, minus a $11 restocking fee.

Our Process: To start a return or exchange, simply click here, which will take you to the return/exchange portal on our site. There you will enter your order number or email address. Within a few easy steps, you will be prompted to download a return label to include with your package back to us. That’s it. Please note the return label is trackable by you from this same online portal. Please allow for one week transit and two weeks to process and refund.

Occasionally we have online sales and offer deep discounts on seasonal merchandise, which are clearly labeled as “Final Sale” (because of the deep discounts) and not eligible for return or exchange.
