Summer Flight Jacket
$295$219
Street Flight.
There used to be rules regarding how you could wear a bomber jacket like this (ours isstyled in the spirit of the CWU-36). A few I remember…
—Never with overly casual shoes.
—Never with a shirt untucked (and if you do, never more than a few inches).
—Never over anything bulky.
—Never if you aren’t flying jets for a living.
In the spirit of pushing limits…
If you want to wear this with your finely-pressed khakis, a knit tie and brogues, the way you or someone you cared about used to, you should. It still works exceptionally well.
If you want to wear it with a calf-length skirt and combat boots, like teenage girls do in Japan, you should (yes, women wear these too).
If you want to wear it with a hooded sweatshirt and sneakers, do it.
If you want to wear it flying jets, you’ll find that the shorter waist makes it easier to get in and out of the cockpit.
Summer-Weight Flight Jacket (No. 6065). 100% nylon twill with water-repellent coating.
