Lion Rampant Knife
A Scottish Knife.
Originally used as a utility knife for cutting meats and other day-to-day use, the sgian-dubh is now used in traditional Scottish Highland dress. The kilt, however, is not required to make use of this utility knife as men did during the Crimean and Boer wars.
The originals were equipped with a hoof pick but since our mode of transportation has evolved, and this is indeed a gentleman’s accessory, we’ve replaced it with a screwdriver and bottle opener.
Scottish Utility Knife (No. 5553). Knife is made of wood, brass, and stainless steel. Leather sheath included. Knife length is 6 3/4” and 1 1/2” at widest width. Made in Scotland.
