There’s a little hamlet on the eastern end of the Gold Coast that is almost exclusively known to those who reside there. They’d like to keep it that way.
The ebb and flow of the tide create a beautiful little mess of aquatic plants, barnacles, and shells. Gulls crack mussels by dropping them from high in the sky. The gusts off the sound blow in hard this time of year. The water is rough, the sky poetically blue. You look down and notice that the only footprints in the sand are your own.
