The Norfolk-style Nubuck Leather Jacket
Melding of the Man.
The lord of the manor hated leaving the confines of his estate, perfectly happy surrounded by the birch and oak, the fainting goats, the English Lops, the indigos, scarlets, and of course Waldo and Jefferson.
Secretly he reveled in being a misanthrope, but the world out there was never as bad as he pretended. In fact, he acquiesced that he rather enjoyed people (on occasion). And people enjoyed him. Perhaps remembering the pulse beyond the estate was a good thing?
His Norfolk jackets were normally tweeds (obviously). Substantial. Earthy. But out there in the world, on his travels, they were distinctly more soft and sumptuous. Nubuck’d sheepskin. The country boy morphed seamlessly into the jet-setting gent.
