Returns and Exchanges

Absolute Satisfaction.  Anything less, and you get your money back.  Period.

Should there be any problems with your order or damage to your package please call us toll free at 888-647-2555 or you can email us via the contact us page.

To return merchandise.

Complete the form on the back of the packing slip and send it along with your return.  Please fill in the return reason - it helps us to know why you weren’t happy with your merchandise.  Carefully pack your return merchandise and secure it with strong tape.  You may use our convenient, prepaid Merchandise Return Label and $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.  Or use the carrier of your choice to ship back your return. It can take up to 14 business days for your return/exchange item(s) to be received and processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be posted to your credit card.

To exchange merchandise.

You have two options to exchange an item:  

1) Complete the form on the back of the packing slip and send it along with your exchange.  Please fill in the exchange reason - it helps us to know why you weren’t happy with your merchandise.  Carefully pack your exchange merchandise and secure it with strong tape.  You may use our convenient, prepaid Merchandise Return Label free of charge. If any additional payment is required upon exchanging an item, we will charge your card for the difference.  The shipping's on us for exchanges.

2) Call us toll free at 888-647-2555 and let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange. We'll ship them out immediately and your credit card will be charged at that time. The shipping’s on us for exchanges.  Once we receive your returned item(s) we will credit your card.  To send the original item back to us you may use our Merchandise Return Label free of charge.
