What Is a Simple Life?

The whole area is still protected by the ornithological interests.

Later that day I ramble through Spoleto, no guide, wearing this shirt. The extra-long back hem and side gussets let me move unhindered past the market stalls and piazza arcades.

I could just as easily be in the Sangiovese vines, secateurs in hand.

The shirt’s natural colors and vintage stripes evoke simpler times, a time I try to reclaim often.
