I saw a framed old photo of him last spring in Hilton Head, on a nondescript wall. He was wearing this shirt. Hands in pockets. Relaxed. Confident. At one with himself and the people surrounding him. They were drawn to him like metal to magnet.
There was no inscription under it. No markings.
He must of been somebody everybody trusted. An inventor maybe. Too hard to tell from the photo.
Authenticity is rare.
Wide Stripe Polo (No. 3668), is a crisp, white, woven twill 100% cotton fabric that will last. I made it with 1.4” serged seams and rubber buttons for durability. The collar has one button, with two on placket. Topstitching is all about, with contrast
embroidery on bottom left hem. He would approve, I hope.
