Two Sides of a Woman.

You know her better than yourself.

Except when you don’t know her at all: a wind sweeping through every part of your life, rearranging even the past.

She brings you down when you are too far up, lifts you up when you are down. When you are crazed, she is sane. When you are calm, she is wild. When you are mad, she is madder. When you are truly happy, she lets you run far ahead.

Who is this woman in these silky wide leg trousers?

Voluptuous, trouble-making trousers. Fabric that asks to be handbrushed.

The perfect pant...
The fit is spot on...I am a very slender, 5' 5 person with long legs and finding pants that fit my frame is difficult, these fit like they were tailor made. (size 0) The leg is definitely wide and yet not overwhelming and the fabric hangs and flows nicely. Silky quite nicely describes the feel of the pant on you. They are perfect for wearing casually around town or dressing up a bit more with the right top for the office. I was skeptical about the cut and width of the leg at first but it quickly grew on meenough so that I am buying them in the other color available!

Nice...real nice
I purchased these at a very low last chance price, so I figured I didn't have anything to lose. I'm so glad I took the chance. These slacks a very nice. If you like a wide leg pant, which I do, you will love these. I have the olive and I know I will be able to pair them up with a number of tops, jackets and sweaters for casual dressy to evenings out on the town. Looking forward the different looks..

Olive! Olive! Olive! said she
What with your glamour pants (of which I own an emabarassing number) your 'hanging out' pants (2) and most especially your print pants drawn in at the ankle (several) wide-legged light denims...well,, I could go on. The point, however, is I ordered these pants in gorgeous olive, and love (no other word for it) them. The cut is unusual, and you used warp to great advantage to make the pants slither not something one would expect in this fabric. Yet there it is another JP magic. If there more stars, in this case I'd award these lovely pants.

Graceful, and Flattering Even in Size 18
The periwinkle is gorgeous, the olive is gorgeous and the flow and sweep of these pants along with the high waist makes my size 18 body look shapely. I have suffered through the age of mid-rise and natural waist pants. These trousers with a dressy hoodie that hits at the waist is wonderful and dressy. A shorter body slimming tee works great too and you dont look casually dressed. Keep your top or jacket in a coordinating color with the pants and you will look great. Definitely hearkens back to the golden days of Hollywood. And, since I love films from the 30s and 40s, this makes me really happy.

Really Wide Leg
I so wanted to love these, but they were just way too wide in the leg. Ive ordered the wide leg denim trousers and loved those. Ordered my usual size in these and found the legs were so baggy it pulled the waist down and hung in an unflattering way. The material was also a heavier material vs the Silky name implies.

Surprised by the quality and cut
I was wary to buy this unusually designed cut of a wide legged trouser - but they fit wonderfully. Beautiful lines, the silk feels more like a stretchy twill. The olive color is deep, almost a charcoal. I would be two more pairs in different colors, but not the periwinkle.
