Navigli Polo Shirts

People-watching in Milan’s Navigli district. Could easily be another full-time job. Certainly can’t beat the hours (aperitivos for two).

The geography of the neighborhood, defined by the two lone remaining canals, ensures that an exuberant flow of passersby will cross my perch, the bar of a moored barge.

After a couple of Camparis, I notice an emerging pattern.

A statistically significant number of men are sporting this shirt, nearly all of them are accompanied by belle regazze.

Even with my imperfect Italian, I can tell they’re as confident as they look.
