When Neil A-Mughan Was Tuk.

“We had been in the middle of our story-tellin’, with all our seats drawn close together round Shemishin’s big hearth fire. The storm of rain and sleet without gave us no bother, only made us enjoy the comfort of the big fire, and the great stories, far more keenly.”

Irish Storytelling Sweater (No. 4640). Classic Irish design, from a small mill in the foothills of Croagh Patrick. Made of 100% pure Shetland wool.

Antique brass zipper. Two exterior pockets.

No sleeves because, as any Irishman knows, to tell a good story you need your arms and hands free. Slip it on and you’ll be more entertaining. Even fanciful. Have an unquenchable thirst for Guinness.

And you’ll look good. Made in Ireland.

Men’s sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL.

Colors: Charcoal, Blue.

so close....
i bought one of these a few years ago. Blue. Wonderful. Wear it all the time. The sweater is lined. Had to have another one. Beautiful knitting. good fit. NO lining. zipper is backwards for a man. Makes me wonder if i got a woman's order. Why no more lining? that was one of the absolute best features of the sweater. This is still wonderful and for the price....you can't beat it even if the zipper is backwards (for a guy)

Love this vest
This vest is expensive, but I absolutely love it. It is thick, warm, and beautiful. I find myself anxiously awaiting a cold day so I can wear it. I own a dozen different vests, but this is my favorite.
