A good garden can take years, decades, of planting, fertilizing, and pruning.

    Get an arbor bench or a trellis, plant fast-growing grape vines or morning glories. Add stands of leafy bamboo with containers around the roots to prevent them from taking over the neighborhood…then the flagstones; tamp moss between them.
