French Pewter Flagon – early 19th Century. The heavy weight wine jug has a hinged lid with beautifully cast acorn thumbpiece. A great early pewter flagon for your décor or collection. Found in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, Ca. 1800-1850. Pewter Flagon (C943). Dimensions: The flagon stands 10.5” tall to the top of the thumbpiece, measuring 5.75” across at its widest.
