Carmen Beaded Vest (No. 2454). Made in pure cotton velvet, with a cotton lining. Multi colored beading abounds in brightly colored flowers. The show continues on scalloped hem and neckline. Satin drawstring can cinch it tighter for, shall we say, a more voluptuous look.
