Vintage wine cellar tote from Vezinne in the Yonne department of Burgundy in north-central France. The wooden slats have the original, now faded green slats. The interior is lined with canvas, the bottom is reinforced with wire mesh and there are two metal handles. Ca. 1950. Canvas lined tote (C723). Dimensions: 20”W x 14”D x 11.5”H.
